Preparing for Winter Sport 2025

At this workshop parents and students will learn about the links between sport and academic engagement, the latest APS concussion protocols and how parents can best support your son in sport.

We will also provide information and strategies to ensure your son’s nutrition, training and recovery routines are as good as they can be to ensure optimum performance and health. All boys will attend straight after their sport training.

The presentation will be followed by a sausage sizzle.

There will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
